At Ararat Physiotherapy, we offer private and group yoga classes run by Physiotherapists with a dedication and passion for yoga.
Our goal is to provide a practice that is integrative and transformative, creating space for deeper awareness of your body, mind and consciousness.
The classes incorporate breathing techniques, postures (asana’s) and meditation. You will be provided with instruction on safe and correct alignment of postures as well as gentle, hands on guidance where needed.

Monday 6.30pm – Beginners/General (Kylie)
Tuesday 6am – Intermediate ( Kylie )
Tuesday 4.00pm (current booked private group class ) ( Kylie )
Wednesday 5pm (current booked private group class ) ( TJ )
Friday 9.30am - Beginners/General ( Kylie )
Bookings essential as we have small class sizes
Mat’s available or BYO
If you have any injuries or concerns, speak to your instructor before the class
Light meals only for the 2 hours prior to your class
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
Your private yoga session will be tailored to your individual needs, adapted to your skill, fitness and confidence levels. The session advances at your pace with more assistance and adjustments than in a general class.
One-on-one sessions are the best way to focus on your personal goals. The classes can be designed around a certain topic, such as an injury or a health condition you might have or focus on poses that you find challenging.
All private classes are very informal and interactive, which creates a safe and comfortable environment for better understanding and self-enquiry.
Beginners are most welcome.
