Do you feel like stretching? Have you noticed any tightness, tiredness, warmth, pulling or discomfort?

These are warning signs that you should listen to and learn to respond. You may feel like moving, stretching or changing your activity. If you are finding something uncomfortable, chances are so will someone else be, so speak up and look for ways to improve your workplace.

Hold your right arm out as if you are stopping traffic.

With the other hand pull the right palm so you feel a stretch in your forearm.

Hold for 10-20 seconds.  Swap arms. Do twice each side.

From position above, now bend wrist down.

With the other hand pull the back of the hand down so you feel a stretch on the top of your forearm

Hold for 10-20 seconds.  Swap arms.  Do twice each side.

Try to find natural pauses or down time in your job, to stretch or move, whichever it is you need to do. Listen to your body and learn to respond appropriately. Look after your body it's the only one you've got!
